摘要
十九届五中全会明确提出实施城市更新行动,对推动城市结构调整优化和品质提升、转变城市开发建设方式、全面提升城市发展质量作出了决策部署。文章通过一个集市政基础设施及城市公共建筑工程为一体的市政类城市综合体项目的设计实践,探索在有市政邻避效应的市政工程与有城市创新活力的公共建筑之间的创新整合方法,从而为打造有文化特色、经济效益的城市更新类的新型城市综合体建设找到一个高效的途径。
The fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee clearly put forward the implementation of urban renewal action,which made decisions and arrangements to promote the adjustment and optimization of urban structure by means of deploying new ways of city construction for the purpose of enhancing urbanization.Through the design practice of a municipal urban complex project integrating municipal infrastructure and urban public building engineering,this paper explores the innovative integration method between municipal projects with nimby effect and public buildings with urban innovation vitality so as to find an efficient way to build a new urban complex with cultural characteristics and economic benefits.
