摘要
目的分析中医药防治急性病毒性呼吸道传染病的研究热点和发展趋势,为中医药防治急性病毒性呼吸道传染病提供研究思路与借鉴。方法利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件,对中医药防治急性病毒性呼吸道传染病相关文献的作者、机构和关键词进行共现聚类可视化,对相关专利绘制知识图谱。结果通过检索CNKI和Web of Science数据库分别获得1687篇中文文献,469篇英文文献,检索专利数据库获得301项专利数据。结果发现中医药防治急性病毒性呼吸道传染病中文文献数量波动较大,文献共现聚类得到作者、机构合作网络,其中发文量较大的作者有张伯礼等人,核心机构有北京中医药大学、中国中医科学院等。高频关键词有甲型H1N1流感、新型冠状病毒肺炎、抗病毒、中西医结合、非典型肺炎等。英文文献研究国家主要来自Peoples R China,Usa,England,Canada,Australia,Germany等国,其中中国、美国、英国在相关领域合作较多。高频共现关键词有acute respiratory syndrome,antiviral activity,SARS-COV-2,SARS,Chinese medicine,systematic review,traditional Chinese medicine,COVID-19,expression inflammation,network pharmacology等。专利共现聚类发现9个有效聚类,内容主要集中在中药抗病毒治疗、对症治疗、剂型创新等方面;中医药防治急性病毒性呼吸道传染病的高频用药,其中黄芩、甘草、金银花、连翘、板蓝根等最为常用。结论中医药防治急性病毒性呼吸道传染病研究呈现出波动式发展,中国的研究结果最多,但是作者和研究机构间的合作较分散,五运六气、温病学说、辨证论治、治未病思想是研究热点,信息技术、高质量循证证据、中药制剂新剂型、中西医结合是未来研究趋势。
Objective To analyze the research focus and development trend of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of acute viral respiratory infectious diseases,so as to provide research ideas and reference for the prevention and treatment of acute viral respiratory infectious diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods By using Cite Space and VOSviewer software,the authors,institutions and key words of the literature on the prevention and treatment of acute viral respiratory infectious diseases by traditional Chinese medicine were visualized by clustering,and the knowledge map of relevant patents was drawn.Results 1687 Chinese documents and 469 articles in English were obtained by searching CNKI and Web of Science databases.After searching patent database,301 patents data were obtained.The results showed that the Chinese literature on the prevention and treatment of acute viral respiratory infectious diseases fluctuated greatly.The literature co-occurrence cluster obtained the author,the organization cooperation network.Among them,the author of the large amount of writing was Zhang Boli and others.The core institutions were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and so on.The high frequency keywords were influenza H1N1,new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19),antiviral,integrated Chinese and Western medicine,atypical pneumonia and so on.English literature research countries mainly came from PRC China,USA,UK,Canada,Australia,Germany.Among them,PCR China,USA and UK cooperated more in related fields.High frequency co-occurrence keyword included acute respiratory syndrome,antiviral activity,SARS-COV-2,SARS,Chinese medicine,systematic review,traditional Chinese medicine,COVID-19,expression inflammation,network pharmacology,etc.Patent co-occurrence clustering found 9 effective clustering.The contents mainly focused on antivirus treatment,symptomatic treatment,dosage form innovation and so on.In the prevention and treatment of acute viral respiratory infectious diseases with traditional Chinese medicine,the most frequently used herbs were Radix Scutellariae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Flos Lonicerae,Fructus Forsythiae,Radix Isatidis and so on.Conclusion The study on the prevention and treatment of acute viral respiratory infectious diseases by traditional Chinese medicine shows a fluctuating development.China has the most research results,but the collaboration between authors and research institutions is more fragmented.The theory of five movements and six qi,the theory of febrile disease,the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the idea of treating disease before it arises are the hot spots of research.Information technology,high-level evidence-based evidence,new forms of traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and combination of Chinese and Western medicine are the future research trends.
