摘要
运用SWOT分析法对高校医院药师开展药学科普的优势和劣势、可能存在的机会和威胁进行评估,并提出相应发展策略。高校医院药师具有专业和资源优势,但在人员配备、服务水平和评价标准等方面有待完善。药师应当顺应高校医院药学服务转型的必然趋势,主动转变服务理念,通过线上平台与线下药学服务相结合,积极推进药学科普进校园、进社区,争取获得高校、医院及公众的认可和支持,构建高校药学科普新模式。
Strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats(SWOT)analysis was used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages,possible opportunities and threats,and the corresponding development strategies of pharmacists in university hospitals for pharmaceutical science popularization.Pharmacists in university hospitals have many professional and resource advantages,but they still need to be improved in terms of staffing,service level and evaluation standard.Pharmacists should follow the inevitable trend of the transformation of pharmaceutical service in university hospitals,and take the initiative to change service concept,and promote pharmaceutical science into the campus and the community through the combination of online platform and offline pharmaceutical service.They should strive for the recognition and support of hospitals,universities and the public,and build new mode of pharmaceutical science popularization.
