摘要
针对超高层核心筒电梯井道封闭变化复杂的工程,设置整体全覆盖钢平台适用性较差、经济性不佳。为解决这一难题,设计了一种门式整体提升钢平台。在适应分区井道交替封闭结构的情况下,下部筒架系统下挂至电梯井道内,为井道之间水平梁板结构的施工留出了空间。解决了核心筒结构竖向墙体和水平梁板结构同步施工的难题,加强了核心筒结构的整体性,为重型塔吊外挂在核心筒上提供了有利条件,确保了结构安全并提高了施工效率。
In view of the project with complex changes in the closure of super high-rise core tube elevator shaft,the overall full coverage steel platform has poor applicability and economic efficiency.In order to solve this problem,a portal integral lifting steel platform is designed.Under the condition of adapting to the alternating closed structure of divisional hoist way,the lower cylinder frame system is hung in the elevator shaft,leaving space for the construction of horizontal beam and slab structure between shafts.It solves the problem of synchronous construction of vertical wall and horizontal beam slab structure of core tube structure,strengthens the integrity of core tube structure,provides favorable conditions for heavy tower crane hanging on core tube,ensures structural safety and improves construction efficiency.
