摘要
玻色因是法国欧莱雅集团的专利化妆品原料,具有改善皮肤弹性、减轻皱纹和增加皮肤紧致度的功效,其相关数据仍处于一种隐秘状态。为了深入阐明玻色因异构体的组成,以欧莱雅集团生产的郝连娜活颜修复舒缓晚霜为样品,对其玻色因活性成分进行了高效液相色谱分析和制备液相色谱分离制备,首次建立了玻色因异构体的分析方法和制备纯化方法,并对纯化出的单体化合物进行了X-单晶衍射解析和核磁共振解析,破译了欧莱雅集团玻色因异构体的比例,明确了玻色因异构体的空间结构和核磁数据归属,指出了高效液相色谱图上异构体的具体归属。结果表明欧莱雅集团的玻色因可通过高效液相色谱将异构体分开,谱图上峰形为"前小后大",异构体比例约为47:53。该研究为国内化妆品行业更好了判断和鉴别玻色因的优劣奠定了基础。
Pro-Xylane is a patented product of L’ORéAL Group, and its related data is still in a secret state.Pro-Xylane of Helena Rubinstein Prodigy Reversis from L’ORéAL were analyzed and purified by high performance liquid chromatography. The analysis method and purification method of isomer were established for the first time, x-single crystal diffraction analysis and nuclear magnetic resonance analysis of composition were carried out, therefore the article decipher the diastereomeric ratio of Pro-Xylane, clarify stereochemistry feature and NMR data attribution of ProXylane isomer and point out the attribution of isomers in HPLC. The results show that the isomer of Pro-Xylane can be separated by high performance liquid chromatography and diastereomeric ratio is 47:53. The study lays a foundation for Chinese cosmetic industry to judge and use Pro-Xylane.
