摘要
针对常态化疫情防控下高职大学生心理健康教育存在的问题,高职院校要积极探索常态化疫情防控背景下高职大学生心理健康教育的对策。要畅通疫情信息渠道,加强疫情防控健康宣教工作;加强心理健康教育课程建设,提高教育教学实效性;注重线上线下相结合,开展心理咨询与心理危机干预;建立长效工作机制,保障正常教学秩序;加强心理健康教育队伍建设,提高专业能力和水平;重视发挥家庭教育作用,优化家庭教育环境。
In view of the problems existing in the mental health education of higher vocational college students under the normal epidemic prevention and control,higher vocational colleges should actively explore the countermeasures of mental health education of higher vocational college students under the background of normal epidemic prevention and control.It is necessary to unblock the channels of epidemic information and strengthen the health publicity and education of epidemic prevention and control;strengthen the curriculum construction of mental health education and improve the effectiveness of education and teaching;pay attention to the combination of online and offline,and carry out psychological counseling and psychological crisis intervention;establish a long-term working mechanism to ensure the normal teaching order;strengthen the construction of mental health education team and improve professional ability and level;pay attention to the role of family education and optimize the family education environment.
