采用孔板遮蔽对室外机热环境影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要研究家用空调室外机安装位置的外立面采用孔板遮蔽时,对空调室外机的正常运行及能耗的影响。利用CFD模拟分析技术,研究在室外机标准工程为35℃时,孔板遮蔽的穿孔率为25%、50%、75%时室外机的热环境。并根据模拟结果判断是否可以采用孔板作为室外机位的遮蔽方式,并提出有效的改善措施。 This research is aim to explore the influence on the normal operation and energy consumption of the outdoor unit of the household air conditioner when the external facade of the installation position of the outdoor unit of the household air conditioner is shielded by the orifice plate.Using CFD simulation analysis technology,the thermal environment of the outdoor unit when the standard project of the outdoor unit is 35℃,the perforation rate of the orifice shielding is 25%,50%,and 75% is studied.According to the simulation results,it is judged whether the orifice plate can be used as the shielding method of the outdoor unit,and effective improvement measures are proposed.
