辣木叶粗黄酮对天府肉雏鸡生长、免疫、肠道菌群及抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:18

Effects of Moringa oleifera Leaf Flavonoid on Growth Performance, Immune Function, Intestinal Microflora and Antioxidant Function of Tianfu Broiler Chickens

摘要 试验旨在研究辣木叶粗黄酮对天府肉雏鸡生长性能、免疫、肠道菌群及抗氧化功能的影响。选用450只1日龄天府肉鸡雄性雏鸡,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复25只。试验共计28 d。结果表明:辣木叶粗黄酮能显著提高雏鸡平均体重(BW)和平均日增重(ADG),降低料重比(F/G)(P<0.05);30 mg/kg辣木叶粗黄酮能显著提高天府肉雏鸡脾脏和胸腺指数(P<0.05),120 mg/kg辣木叶粗黄酮能显著提高天府肉雏鸡脾脏和法氏囊指数(P<0.05)。辣木叶粗黄酮能显著提高雏鸡血清白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-12(IL-12)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量(P<0.05);辣木叶粗黄酮能减少雏鸡盲肠大肠杆菌数量,增加乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌数量(P<0.05);120 mg/kg辣木叶粗黄酮能提高天府肉雏鸡血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性、提高总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的含量(P<0.05),并显著降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。由此可见,日粮中添加辣木叶粗黄酮可以提高天府肉雏鸡生长性能、免疫功能、调节肠道菌群和改善抗氧化功能,且添加120 mg/kg效果最佳。 This study aimed to investigate the effects of dietary Moringao leifera leaf flavonoids at different levels on growth performance,immune function,intestinal microflora and antioxidant function of Tianfu broiler chickens.The total of 450 one-dayold,male Tianfu broiler chickens were randomly assigned to three groups with six replicates each.Chickens in the control group were fed with a basal diet,others in the experimental groups were fed with the basal diets supplemented with 30 mg/kg and 120 mg/kg Moringa oleifera leaf flavonoids respectively.The study lasted for 28 days.The results showed as follows:supplement of Moringa oleifera leaf flavonoids in daily feed increased body weitht(BW),average daily gainl(ADG) and decreased feed to gain ratio(F/G) significantly(P<0.05).Supplement of Moringa oleifera leaf flavonoids at 30 mg/kg increased organ index of spleen and thymus(P<0.05).Supplement of Moringa oleifera leaf flavonoids at 120 mg/kg increased organ index of spleen and cloacal bursa(P<0.05).Moringa oleifera leaf flavonoids suppressed the level of serum IL-2,IL-12 and IFN-γ(P<0.05).Moringa oleifera leaf flavonoids suppressed the growth of Escherichia coli and promoted the growth of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium(P<0.05).Supplement of Moringa oleifera leaf flavonoids at 120 mg/kg increased activities of total superonide dismutase(T-SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)significantly(P<0.05) and decreased the level of malondiald ehyde(MDA) in serum.In conclusion,supplement of Moringa oleifera leaf flavonoids in daily feed,especially at 120 mg/kg,improved growth performance,immune function,intestinal flora and antioxidant function of Tianfu chicken.
