摘要
目的探讨瑜伽、冥想和体能运动对女性甲基苯丙胺依赖者血清中丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、细胞间粘附分子-1(Intercellular adhesion molecule,ICAM-1)和白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)的影响,旨在为降低该人群的氧化应激和炎症反应提供思路。方法选出32名女性甲基苯丙胺依赖者,分为瑜伽组(n=8)、冥想组(n=8)、体能组(n=8)和对照组(n=8)。在运动干预前后使用酶联免疫吸附法检测其血清中MDA、ICAM-1和IL-1的含量。结果经运动干预后的受试者血清中MDA、ICAM-1和IL-1含量与运动干预前相比发生显著性降低,且含量显著低于对照组。结论12周的瑜伽、冥想和体能运动都可以显著地降低甲基苯丙胺依赖者血清中MDA、IL-1和ICAM-1的水平,达到改善甲基苯丙胺药物依赖者体内的氧化应激水平和降低促炎因子。
Objective To investigate the effects of yoga,meditation and physical exercise on malondialdehyde(MDA),intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and interleukin-1(IL-1)in the serum of female methamphetamine-dependent patients,with the aim of providing ideas to reduce their oxidative stress and inflammatory responses.Methods Thirty-two female methamphetamine-dependent individuals were selected and divided into a yoga group(n=8),a meditation group(n=8),a physical fitness group(n=8)and a control group(n=8).Serum levels of MDA,ICAM-1 and IL-1 were measured before and after the exercise intervention using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results A significant reduction in serum levels of MDA,ICAM-1 and IL-1 occurred in subjects after the exercise intervention compared to before the exercise intervention,and the levels were significantly lower than in the control group.Conclusion Twelve weeks of yoga,meditation and physical exercise all significantly reduced serum levels of MDA,IL-1 and ICAM-1 in methamphetamine dependent subjects,achieving improved levels of oxidative stress and reduced pro-inflammatory factors in methamphetamine drug dependent subjects.
