摘要
通过分析现有电池包箱体的研究状况,对电池包箱体的材料选择、结构设计和制造技术进行了梳理。在选材上,轻质合金箱体是目前电池包箱体轻量化的主要用材;在结构设计上,箱体的耐撞结构、加强筋和内部模组隔板是设计时考虑的重要因素。最后,提出车身-底盘电池包结构一体化、一次成型和连接技术轻量化将是电池包箱体结构设计的主要趋势。
By analyzing the research status of the existing battery pack box,the material selection,structural design and manufacturing technology of the battery pack box are sorted out.In material selection,light alloy boxes are the main materials for lightweight battery pack boxes;in structural design,the crash-resistant structure,stiffeners and internal module partitions of the box are the major factors in the structural design.Finally,it is proposed that the integration of the body-chassis battery pack structure,one-time molding and lightweight connection technology will be the main trends in the design of the battery pack box structure.
