摘要
师范类院校是城乡规划专业办学的高校类型之一,其可持续发展存在办学模式依赖师范路径、师资队伍结构性短缺、实践教学难以支撑人才培养需求等问题。随着国土空间规划学科体系的逐步构建,作为重要支撑的城乡规划学科面临着新的机遇与挑战。文章以江西师范大学城乡规划专业为例,重点从培养方案演变、课程内容体系、人才培养机制、学科特色定位等方面总结了其作为师范类院校专业建设的经验,并面对国土空间规划的新要求,提出发挥师范类院校专业优势、强化“服务型”人才培养、构建“五类一体”的课程体系、推进实践能力联合培养等应对措施。
Normal university is one of the types of universities majoring in urban and rural planning.Its sustainable development has problems such as relying on teacher training paths,structural shortage of teaching staff,and weakness in practice to support the demand for talent training.With the gradual construction of the system of territory spatial planning,the discipline of urban and rural planning is facing new opportunities and challenges.Taking the urban and rural planning major of Jiangxi Normal University as an example,this paper summarizes the experience of its major construction from the aspects of training program evolution,curriculum content system,talent training mechanism,discipline characteristics and orientation.In response to the new requirements of territory spatial planning,the paper puts forward countermeasures such as making use of the professional advantages of normal colleges and universities,strengthening the training of"service-oriented"talents,building a"five categories in one"curriculum system,and promoting joint training of practical ability.
