干旱锻炼对水分胁迫下甘蔗抗逆生理特性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探究干旱锻炼能否提高甘蔗的耐旱性,以干旱敏感型品种(‘ZZ2’‘FN’)和耐旱型品种(‘TD’‘ZZ9’)为试验材料,在水分胁迫前进行干旱锻炼,分析水分胁迫下不同处理甘蔗的生理生化响应差异。结果显示,水分胁迫下,与未经干旱锻炼的甘蔗相比,经干旱锻炼的4个品种均表现出较高的光合速率、F_(v)/F_(m)、植株生长速率和叶片叶绿素含量,但低于正常灌溉处理;并且经干旱锻炼的甘蔗叶片中脯氨酸含量和SOD活性较高,MDA含量较低,说明水分胁迫前进行干旱锻炼可以在一定程度上提高甘蔗的耐旱能力;而且不同甘蔗品种的锻炼效果不尽相同,与未经干旱锻炼甘蔗相比,经干旱锻炼的甘蔗品种的抗旱生长情况表现为‘ZZ2’>‘FN’>‘TD’>‘ZZ9’,说明干旱敏感型甘蔗品种的锻炼效果比耐旱型品种好。通过对各生理指标进行相关分析发现干旱锻炼下甘蔗叶片中MDA含量与其他生理指标相比更能精确地反应甘蔗受旱情况。可见,经干旱锻炼甘蔗植株可以通过改变生理响应来提高自身的耐旱性。 Moderate drought priming during non-critical growth period of crop can improve droughttolerance in later growth period.In order to study the effect of drought priming on improvment of thedrought tolerance of sugarcane,drought-sensitive cultivars(‘ZZ2’‘FN')and drought-tolerant culti-vars(‘TD'‘ZZ9’)were used as experimental materials to conduct drought priming before waterstress.Under different treatments,the physiological and biochemical responses of sugarcane underwater stress were analyzed.The results showed that under water stress,the four sugarcane cultivarsafter drought priming had higher photosynthetic rate,high F_(v)/F_(m),plant growth rate and leaf chloro-phyll content,but slightly lower than the normal irrigation treatment compared with the sugarcanewithout drought priming.In addition,the content of proline and SOD activity in sugarcane leaves werehigher and the content of MDA was lower,indicating that drought priming before water streas couldimprove the drought-resistance of sugarcane to some extent.In addition,different sugarcane cultivarshad different effects of drought priming.Compared with sugarcane without drought priming,thedrought resistance of sugarcane cultivars after drought priming was‘ZZ2’>‘FN'>‘TD’>‘ZZ9'.this indicated that the drought priming effect on sugarcane cultivars sensitive to drought was betterthan that of drought tolerant sugarcane cultivars.Through the correlation analysis of various physio-logical indexes,it was found that MDA content in sugarcane leaves under drought priming could moreaccurately reflect the drought situation of sugarcane compared with other physiological indexes.It canbe seen that sugarcane plants can improve their drought resistance by changing physiological responseafter drought priming.
