情境模拟教学法在“人力资源招聘”课程中的应用探索 被引量:1

摘要 “人力资源招聘”是人力资源管理专业的核心课程,具有很强实践性、灵活性和应用性。情境模拟教学法改变了传统教学法以教师为中心、学生机械式学习和缺少参与性等局限,通过情境创设、角色扮演、团队合作、同伴互评和教学反馈等环节设计,能有效提高学生的主动性、代入感和团队意识。本文以公司员工招聘案例为基础开展人力资源招聘情景模拟教学的设计和实施,教学活动的反馈显示情境模拟教学有助于提高学生综合素质,增加学生满意度。情境教学法的教学效果在于精心的课前准备、课堂展示和课后总结等环节设计,教师应发挥好“总导演”作用,及时做好引导和总结。 Human resource recruitment is the core course of human resource management,which has strong practicality,flexibility and application.The situational simulation teaching method has changed the traditional teaching method which is teacher-centered,students’mechanical learning and lack of participation.Through the design of situation creation,role playing,teamwork,peer evaluation and teaching feedback,it can effectively improve students’initiative,sense of substitution and team awareness.The paper introduces the design and implementation process of the human resource recruitment scenario simulation teaching based on the company’s employee recruitment case.The feedback of the teaching activity shows that the scenario simulation teaching helps to improve the comprehensive quality of students and increase student satisfaction.The paper points out that the teaching effect of the situational teaching method depends on the meticulous pre-class preparation,class presentation and after-class summary design.Teachers should give full play to the role of“general director”and timely guidance and summary.
