摘要
目的:了解北京市朝阳区社区卫生服务中心中药饮片处方情况,促进基层中药饮片的合理使用。方法:随机抽取2020年6月至2021年6月北京市朝阳区17家社区卫生服务中心中药饮片处方,进行处方点评及统计分析。结果:共抽取北京市朝阳区17家社区卫生服务中心5100张中药饮片处方,单张处方药味数平均为13.44味,单张处方剂数平均为6.93剂,单剂金额平均为63.59元。总体不合理处方884张,占17.33%,各社区卫生服务中心中药饮片处方不合理率存在差异;共点评出996条不合理问题,包括不规范问题(963条,占96.69%)和不适宜问题(33条,占3.31%),其中中药饮片名称使用不规范的问题最多。结论:北京市朝阳区17家社区卫生服务中心中药饮片处方点评结果提示,应加强基层中药饮片使用规范,开展培训,促进中药饮片的临床合理应用。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces in community healthcare center in Chaoyang district of Beijing city,so as to promote the rational application of Chinese herbal pieces.METHODS:Prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces in 17 community healthcare centers in Chaoyang district of Beijing during Jun.2020 to Jun.2021 were randomly extracted for prescription review and statistical analysis.RESULTS:Totally 5100 prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces were extracted from 17 community healthcare centers in Chaoyang district of Beijing,the average number of flavors per prescription was 13.44,the average number of doses per prescription was 6.93,and the average cost of single dose was 63.59 yuan.There were 884 irrational prescriptions,accounting for 17.33%,there were differences in the rate of irrational prescriptions of Chinese herbal pieces in each community healthcare center;a total of 996 irrational problems were reviewed,including irregularities(963 issues,96.69%)and inappropriate(33 issues,3.31%),with the most problems was irregular use of names of Chinese herbal pieces.CONCLUSIONS:The results of prescription review of Chinese herbal pieces in 17 community healthcare centers in Chaoyang district of Beijing suggest that the standardized application of Chinese herbal pieces in primary healthcare institution should be strengthened,related training should be conducted to promote the rational application of Chinese herbal pieces.
