摘要
目的探讨个体化综合护理措施对胰腺癌患者癌痛程度的影响。方法选取医院2020年1月至12月收治的胰腺癌患者60例,按抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组患者予个体化综合护理干预,观察组患者予常规护理干预。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为96.66%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分显著更低,生活质量评分量表(SF-36)评分显著更高(P<0.05)。结论对胰腺癌患者实施个体化综合护理干预,可减轻患者的疼痛感,提高护理满意度和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of individualized comprehensive nursing measures on the degree of cancer pain in patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with pancreatic cancer admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the ballot method,30 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were given individualized comprehensive nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group were given routine nursing intervention.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96.66%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The NRS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the SF-36 score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pancreatic cancer can relieve pain,improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
