摘要
目的探讨整体护理用于小儿纤维支气管镜检查的效果。方法选取医院2019年6月至2021年2月行纤维支气管镜检查的患儿94例,按随机奇偶数字法分为对照组和观察组,各47例。对照组患儿予常规护理,观察组患儿予整体护理。结果观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为6.38%,显著低于对照组的34.04%(P=0.000);观察组的护理满意度为95.74%,显著高于对照组的74.47%(P=0.000)。结论整体护理用于小儿纤维支气管镜检查,能降低不良反应发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on children's fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods A total of 94 children who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy in the hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,47 cases in each group.The children in the control group were given routine nursing,while the children in the observation group were given overall nursing.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.38%,which was significantly lower than 34.04%in the control group(P=0.000).The nursing satisfaction of children in the observation group was 95.74%,which was significantly higher than 74.47%in the control group(P=0.000).Conclusion Holistic nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve nursing satisfaction.
