摘要
在经济社会高质量发展与高等教育普及化的新时代,高校毕业生高质量充分就业已成为经济社会发展现实的客观要求与政府就业政策的主要目标。本文运用解释结构模型法,从高校毕业生就业质量既有理论研究成果出发,梳理概括了影响高校毕业生就业质量的基本因素,分析归纳了各因素间的层次及内在联系;研究确定了其核心因素或主要因素。在此基础上,构建了提升高校毕业生就业质量的政策体系。
In the new era of high-quality economic and social development and the popularization of higher education,high quality and full employment of college graduates has become an objective requirement of the reality of economic and social development and the main goal of the government’s employment policy.Based on the existing theoretical research results of the employment quality of college graduates,this paper summarizes the basic factors that affect the employment quality of college graduates by using the method of explanatory structure model.The hierarchy and internal relation among the factors are analyzed and summarized.Research has identified its core or major factors.On this basis,the policy system to improve the employment quality of college graduates is constructed.
