摘要
介绍了大中型电机转子支架定位键槽及位置度加工工艺思路及工装设计,保证了加工精度及质量要求,所设计的工装具有结构简单、操作方便且高效的优点。
The machining process idea and tooling design of positioning keyway and position degree of rotor spider are introduced,to ensure the machining accuracy and quality requirements. The designed tooling shows advantages of the simple structure,simple operation and high efficiency.
