摘要
为了评价内蒙古赤峰市阿鲁科尔沁旗地区22个苜蓿品种对蓟马和蚜虫的抗性,试验分别于苜蓿的第1茬孕蕾期、第2茬孕蕾期、第3茬初花期对蓟马和蚜虫的虫口密度进行了调查,同时还调查了苜蓿的株高和受害程度,并用受害指数评价不同苜蓿品种对虫害的抗性,分析了虫口密度与苜蓿株高及受害指数的关系。结果表明:蚜虫虫口密度为每100枝23.67~49.00头,蓟马虫口密度为每100枝27.78~70.77头,其中均以陇东苜蓿的虫口密度最小。以受害指数评价苜蓿的抗性,陇东苜蓿受害指数最小,为14.23%,抗性最高。虫口密度与株高呈极显著负相关关系(R^(2)=0.43,P<0.001),而与受害指数呈显著正相关关系(R^(2)=0.25,P<0.05)。说明陇东苜蓿抗性最好,适合在阿鲁科尔沁旗地区种植。
To evaluate the resistance of 22 alfalfa varieties to thrips and aphids in Ar Horqin Banner area,Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia,the population density of thrips and aphids was investigated in the gestational stage of the first crop,the gestational stage of the second crop,the flowering stage of the third crop of alfalfa in this study.At the same time,the plant height and damage degree of alfalfa were also investigated.The resistance of different alfalfa varieties to insect pests was evaluated by victimization index method.The relationship between insect population density and damage index and plant height was analyzed.The results showed the population density of aphids and thrips ranged from 23.67 to 49.00 heads per 100 branches and 27.78 to 70.77 heads per 100 branches,respectively.Among them,Longdong alfalfa had the smallest population density.The damage index was used to evaluate the resistance of alfalfa.The damage index of Longdong alfalfa(14.23%)was the smallest,and the resistance was the highest.There was a significant negative correlation between insect density and plant height(R^(2)=0.43,P<0.001),but a significant positive correlation between insect density and damage index(R^(2)=0.25,P<0.05).The results indicated that Longdong alfalfa had the best resistance and was suitable for planting in Ar Horqin Banner area.
