摘要
以大数据为支撑的算法推荐类新闻App聚焦用户的个性化需求,为用户带来了更为便捷和智能的体验;但同时,这种以收集、分析个人数据为前提的技术逻辑,也给用户的信息安全埋下了巨大的风险隐患。基于363份有效问卷的数据,对隐私关注与算法推荐类新闻App用户信息安全行为之间的关系展开实证研究,重点探求隐私保护和隐私倦怠在其中发挥的中介作用。研究发现:用户在使用算法推荐类新闻App时,隐私关注对隐私心理的产生具有关键作用;用户的隐私关注会对其信息安全行为产生正向影响,其中隐私保护和隐私倦怠心理发挥了显著的中介效应。研究发现并解释了隐私心理对信息安全行为的作用过程,加深了对用户网络信息获取行为的理解。
Algorithmic recommendation news Apps supported by big data focus on the personalized demands of users,bringing a more convenient and intelligent experience for them.However,this technical logic based on collecting and analysing users′personal data also brings a huge hidden risk for the user′s information secu-rity.Based on 363 valid questionnaire data,an empirical study is conducted on the relationship between privacy concerns and information security behavior of algorithm-recommended news App users,focusing on the mediating role played by privacy protection and privacy burnout.Research has found that users′privacy concerns play a key role in the generation and regulation of privacy psychology.Users′privacy concerns have a positive impact on their information security behavior,among which privacy protection and privacy burnout strengthen users′information protection behavior.This explains the process of the effect of privacy psychology on information security behavior,and deepens the understanding of network user information acquisition behavior.
