摘要
制造业是机械类毕业生主要就业方向,在工业4.0时代下,智能制造工程是制造业转型重点,人才缺口大,所以以智能制造为就业导向,培养民办本科院校机械类专业的学生,是解决毕业生就业困难的关键措施,而校企合作是培养专业化人才与增强就业能力的最有效途径。本文以长春工业大学人文信息学院机电工程学院近三年学生就业情况为例,分析智能制造背景下的校企合作的意义、具体措施以及对民办本科院校机械类学生就业能力的影响。
Manufacturing industry is the main employment direction for mechanical graduates.Intelligent manufacturing is the focus of the transformation of the manufacturing industry In the age of Industry 4.0.The industry has a large talent gap.Therefore,it is a key measure to solve the employment difficulties of graduates to take intelligent manufacturing as employment orientation and train mechanical students in Non-Governmental Colleges.School-enterprise cooperation is the most effective way to train professional talents and enhance employability.This paper takes the employment situation of students in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,College of Humanities&Information Changchun University of Technology in recent three years as an example.The significance and concrete measures of school-enterprise cooperation in the context of intelligent manufacturing are analyzed,as well as the impact on the employability of mechanical students in Non-Governmental Colleges.
