摘要
【目的/意义】智慧社区建设过程中,信息化技术是推动智慧社区建设、治理的重要推动力,也是提高社会治理能力现代化的重要推动力。智慧社区信息化是运用信息化技术手段与社区治理相结合,是信息化技术在社区建设领域的延伸发展、创新发展。【方法/过程】以智慧社区信息化为研究对象,采用文献计量分析方法,借助于软件CiteSpace5.7.R1,以CNKI数据库中2011-2021年中288篇文献为样本,从主题分布、文献年度分布、主要研究力量,对我国智慧社区的信息化研究进行可视化分析,并通过对关键词共现和高频统计分析、关键词热点聚类分析以及演进趋势分析得到其研究热点和未来发展趋势。【结果/结论】研究表明,智慧社区的信息化建设是当前研究的热点主题。智慧社区与智慧城市建设的结合、智慧社区建设的技术偏好、智慧社区发展问题的解决以及"智慧+"信息化在各领域的发展,已成为重要的发展趋势。【创新/局限】鉴于数据来源仅为知网所收录的文章,数据无法做到极度广泛。
【Purpose/significance】In the process of smart community construction,information technology is an important driving force to promote the construction and governance of smart community,and also an important driving force to improve the modernization of social governance capacity.Smart community informatization is the combination of information technology and community governance.It is the extension and innovation of information technology in the field of community construction.【Method/process】This paper takes the informatization of smart communities as the research object,adopts the bibliometric analysis method,and with the help of software CiteSpace5.7.R1,takes 288 articles from 2011 to 2021 in CNKI database as samples,and makes a visual analysis of the research on the informatization of smart communities in China from the theme distribution,the annual distribution of literature and the main research force.Through the co-occurrence and high-frequency statistical analysis of keywords,the clustering analysis of keywords hotspots and the evolution trend analysis,the research hotspots and future development trends are obtained.【Result/conclusion】Research shows that the informatization construction of smart communities is a hot topic in current research.The combination of smart community and smart city construction,the technical preference of smart community construction,the solution of smart community development problems and the development of‘wisdom+’informatization in various fields have become important development trends.【Innovation/limitation】However,since the data source of this paper is only the articles included in CNKI,the data cannot be extremely extensive.
