摘要
目前,深部采空区治理多采用地面垂直钻探技术,与定向钻探技术相比,前者工程量大,有效注浆段小,探查治理成本高,特别是城市近郊地区,涉及临时用地问题,协调难度大。结合工程实例,从定向钻孔的工艺参数、轨迹控制、注浆过程控制、效果评价等方面综合分析,结果表明,定向钻探技术在深部条带采空区探治过程中应用效果良好,能够满足工程需要,技术经济效果明显,对类似工程提供一定的指导和借鉴。
At present,the treatment of deep mined-out areas mostly adopts ground vertical drilling technology.Compared with directional drilling technology,the former has a large amount of work,a small effective grouting section,and high exploration and treatment costs.Especially in the suburbs of cities,it involves temporary land use problems,high difficulty.Combined with engineering examples,a comprehensive analysis of directional drilling process parameters,trajectory control,grouting process control,effect evaluation,etc.,shows that the application effect of directional drilling technology in the process of deep strip goaf exploration and treatment is good and can meet the requirements engineering needs,technical and economic effects are obvious,and it has certain guidance and reference value for similar projects.
