摘要
目的分析肝癌患者围术期护理需求,评价加速康复外科理念(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)对患者围术期的积极影响。方法选择医院2018年10月-2020年1月诊治的肝癌疾病患者,共计80例。进行随机法分组,对照组患者采取围术期常规护理,观察组患者采取ERAS护理干预,比较两组肝癌患者术后恢复情况、术后并发症情况、生活质量情况、护理满意度情况。结果组间术后恢复情况比较,观察组肝癌患者的肛门排气、首次进食等康复时间、生活质量以及VAS评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间胆瘘、出血、腹水等术后并发症发生率比较,观察组肝癌患者并发症发生率5.00%低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间自制护理满意度问卷调查结果比较,观察组肝癌患者护理总满意度92.50%明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝癌患者围术期护理工作中运用ERAS护理干预满足患者护理需求,可以加速患者康复、减轻患者疼痛、提高患者安全性与生活质量。
Objective To analyze the perioperative nursing needs of patients with liver cancer and evaluate the positive impact of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on the perioperative period.Methods A total of 80 patients with liver cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 were selected.They were grouped by random method.Patients in the control group were received routine perioperative care,and patients in the observation group were received ERAS nursing intervention.Compared the two groups of liver cancer patients’postoperative recovery,postoperative complications,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.Results Compared the postoperative recovery between the groups,the observation group of liver cancer patients'postoperative exhaust,first eating and other recovery time,quality of life and VAS score were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared biliary fistula,bleeding,ascites and other postoperative complications between the groups,the complications incidence of liver cancer patients in the observation group was 5.00%lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the results of the self-made nursing satisfaction questionnaire between the groups,the total nursing satisfaction of liver cancer patients in the observation group was 92.50% significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ERAS nursing intervention in the perioperative nursing work of patients with liver cancer to meet the nursing needs of patients can speed up patient recovery,reduce patient pain,and improve patient safety and quality of life.
