布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎临床效果评价 被引量:11

Clinical Evaluation of Budesonide Suspension Atomization Inhalation in the Treatment of Acute Pharyngolaryngitis

摘要 目的评价布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗急性咽喉炎临床效果。方法研究起止时间为2019年6月—2020年10月,急性咽喉炎患者68例按照用药方式的不同分组,对照组用地塞米松雾化吸入治疗,观察组接受布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,对比两组临床疗效、各症状消失时间以及炎症因子水平。结果观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,其各症状消失时间比对照组短,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前的炎症因子水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α以及白细胞介素-6与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗急性咽喉炎选择布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗的药用作用突出,对改善其症状具有积极价值。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of inhalation of budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute pharyngolaryngitis.Methods The study started and ended from June 2019 to October 2020.A total of 68 patients with acute pharyngitis were grouped according to different medication methods.The control group was treated with dexamethasone atomized inhalation,and the observation group was received budesonide suspension atomized inhalation treatment,Compared the clinical efficacy,time of disappearance of each symptom,and levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the disappearance time of each symptom was shorter than that of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in inflammatory factors before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of acute pharyngolaryngitis,budesonide suspension atomization inhalation has outstanding medicinal effect,which has positive value in improving its symptoms and is worthy of clinical promotion.
