摘要
目的观察血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症患者的效果及对生活质量的影响。方法选取本院2017年1月至2020年1月收治的150例尿毒症患者为研究对象,按治疗方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。两组均进行血液透析治疗,观察组在此基础上给予血液灌流治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的肾功能、钙磷代谢情况、水电解质平衡状态及生活质量。结果治疗后,两组的肾功能指标(Scr、UA、BUN)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的钙磷代谢(P、Ca、iPTH)及水电解质平衡(Na^(+)、K^(+))均得到显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的GQOLI-74量表中心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质生活评分及总分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症患者可取得更好的效果,有助于改善肾功能,调节钙磷代谢及水电解质平衡,提高生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uraemia patients and its influence on quality of life.Methods A total of 150 patients with uraemia treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment method,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hemodialysis,and the observation group was treated with hemoperfusion on this basis.The renal function,calcium and phosphorus metabolism,water electrolyte balance and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the level of renal function indexes(Scr,UA and BUN) of the two groups decreased,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the calcium and phosphorus metabolism(P,Ca and i PTH) and water electrolyte balance(Na^(+)and K^(+)) of the two groups significantly improved,those of the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the psychological function,physical function,social function,material life scores and total score of GQOLI-74 scale in the two groups increased,those of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of uraemia patients can achieve better effect,which can help to improve renal function,regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism and water electrolyte balance,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
