摘要
针对传统幼儿护理用纱布易粘连,抗菌效果差,容易引发感染的问题提出用多巴胺、PFC和AgNO 3对普通医用纱布进行改性,制备一种荷叶结构的新型幼儿抗菌医用纱布。通过血液浸染试验和抗菌试验对其防粘连抗菌性能进行研究。具体结果为:X射线衍射能谱结果表明,在普通纱布表面均匀分布有Ag离子和N离子,证实荷叶银纱布制备成功;荷叶银纱布在血液中浸泡24 h后,完全没有受到血液污染,说明荷叶银纱布能够有效防止血液污染粘连;抗菌试验结果表明,荷叶银纱布具有对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都有很好的抑制作用;将荷叶银纱布用于临床护理时,患者恢复周期短,在护理期间并未出现粘连和感染的情况,临床效果表现良好。
In order to solve the problems of adhesion,poor antibacterial effect and infection due to the use of traditional infant care gauze,PFC and AgNO 3 are applied to improve the ordinary medical gauze.This new infant antibacterial medical gauze with lotus leaf structure was researched through blood immersion test and antibacterial test to study its anti-adhesion and antibacterial performance.The results are as follows:According to the X-ray diffraction energy spectrum,Ag and N ions were evenly distributed on the surface of common gauze,which proved that the preparation of lotus leaf silver gauze was successful;After soaking in blood for 24 h,lotus leaf silver gauze was not contaminated by blood,indicating that the gauze could effectively prevent blood contamination and adhesion.The results of antibacterial test show that lotus leaf silver gauze had good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus,when lotus leaf silver gauze was applied in clinical nursing,the recovery period of patients was short,and there was no adhesion and infection cases during nursing,so the clinical effect was also ideal.
