摘要
随着新医改政策的推进和大数据时代的到来,公立医院的管理理念与管理方式发生巨大的转变,医院的信息统计工作正面临改革。从工作职能上看,新的信息统计工作是通过数据获取医院成本与费用结构、医疗过程与结局、患者体验的状况,并通过数据作为依据来进行医疗决策和政策制定。立足医院信息统计相关工作经验,结合国家医疗卫生体制改革的新进程,探讨公立医院信息统计工作的发展方向及如何为医院的精细化管理与决策提供支持。
With the promotion of the new medical reform policy and the arrival of the era of big data,great changes have taken place in the management concept and management mode of public hospitals,and the information statistics work of hospitals is facing reform.From the perspective of work functions,the new information statistics work is to obtain the hospital cost and expense structure,medical process and outcome,and patient experience through data,and make medical decisions and policies based on data.Based on the relevant working experience of hospital information statistics and combined with the new process of national medical and health system reform,this paper discusses the development direction of information statistics in public hospitals and how to provide support for hospital fine management and decision-making.
