贮藏期间加速老化对大豆品质和个体发育的影响

摘要 许多作物种子含糖量及其他营养成份随老化而降低,从而影响品质和植株生长。本研究旨在探讨种子贮藏期间加速老化对种子可溶性糖、脂肪酸、蛋白质含量的影响,以及幼苗生长情况。参试大豆品种3个,置于37℃高温下处理20、40、60、80天,以及在48℃高温下处理48小时,以常温(18~20℃)贮存大豆作对照。加速种子老化使大豆种子可溶性含量糖明显降低,脂肪酸和蛋白质也有不同程度下降。萌发率及个体发育受到高温处理的严重影响,特别是随着老化时间延长及温度升高,影响程度更为明显。不同品种之间,存在对加速老化的反应差异,其中以山东1号可溶性糖下降最多,达13~37.4%。 Sugar content and other nutrients of crop seeds decrease with aging,which affect the quality and individual growth.The purpose of this study was to approach the influences of accelerated aging of seeds in storage on dissolvable sugar,fatty acid,protein,and the growth of seedlings.Test materials involved were three soybean varieties.They had been stored unde 37 C for 20,40,60,and 80 days,and for 48 hours under 48C.Their results were compared with that those stored at the temperature of 18 to 20.Accelerated aging of seeds cut the dissolvable sugar content greatly,and fatty acid and protein to different degrees. Shooting rate and individual growth were badly affected by high temperature,and worse with the prolonging of aging time and the rise of temperature.Different varieties responded differ- ently to accelerated aging,among them the dissolvable sugar content of“Shandong Yihao”de- creased to 13~37.4%.
