摘要
生物流化床是一种处理有机污水的高效生物处理工艺。本文以沼气辅助流化厌氧生物流化床为反应体系,研究了反应器启动规律和对PTA废水的处理能力,比较了HRT、进水有机负荷和循环水流量对反应器运行的影响。当HRT为20 h、COD质量浓度为4223 mg/L、循环水流量为40 L/min时,COD去除率和TA去除率达到最高,分别为87.5%和76.9%。
Biological fluidized bed is an efficient biodegradation process for organic wastewater.In this paper,biogas assisted anaerobic biological fluidized bed was used as the reaction system.The start-up rule and the PTA wastewater treatment capacity of the reactor were researched.The effects of HRT,influent organic load and the flow rate of circulation water on the reactor operation were analyzed.When HRT was 20 h,COD was 4223 mg/L and circulation water flow was 40 L/min,the reactor obtained the highest removal rates of COD and TA,which was 87.5%and 76.9%,respectively.
