摘要
在输电铁塔真型实验中,需要对连接角钢的应变进行测量,而实验过程中的贴片误差以及扭矩的存在势必会造成应变数据失真。针对该问题,分析了贴片误差和角钢扭矩对应变测量数据的影响,给出了用应变数据计算角钢轴力的计算公式;对双肢连接角钢进行了有限元仿真分析,研究仅受轴向力作用时贴片误差对角钢轴力测量的影响;在轴向力载荷的基础上施加一定的扭矩,研究同时存在扭矩和贴片误差对角钢轴力测量的影响;同时研究了扭矩大小对角钢轴力测量的影响规律。研究结果表明:在角钢仅受轴向力作用时,贴片误差对其测量结果影响很小;而当角钢中存在扭矩时,会加剧贴片误差对测量误差的影响,且随着扭矩的增大测量误差越大。研究结果解释了角钢力学性能实验中轴力测量出现数据失真的现象,可为后续解决测量误差问题提供一定的参考。
In the true type test of transmission tower,it is necessary to measure the strain of the connecting angle steel.The sticking error of strain wafer and torque in the test process will inevitably affect the strain data.In order to solve this problem,the influence of sticking error of strain wafer and the torque in angle steel on strain measurement is analyzed and the formula for calculating axial force of angle steel from strain data is given in this paper.The impact of the sticking error on the measurement of the axial force of the double-limb connecting angle steel is studied through simulations when only with the axial force applied.The influence of both torque and sticking error on axial force measurement of angle steel is analyzed by applying a certain torque on the basis of an axial load,and the impact law of torque size on axial force measurement of angle steel is also studied.The research results show that the sticking error has little effect on the measurement results of angle steel when it is only subjected to the axial force.However,the impact of the sticking error on the measurement error will be intensified when there is torque in the angle steel,and the measurement error will be greater with the increase of torque.The research results explain the inaccuracy of the axial force measurement in angle steel mechanical properties test.It could provide a certain reference for solving the measurement error problem in the future tests.
