摘要
目的分析腹腔镜手术联合胆石片治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法 126例胆结石患者,随机分为外科手术治疗组和手术联合药物组,各63例。外科手术治疗组患者实施腹腔镜手术,手术联合药物组采取腹腔镜手术联合胆石片治疗。比较两组手术出血、手术时间、住院时间、治疗效果、术后1年复发率。结果手术联合药物组手术出血、手术时间与外科手术治疗组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术联合药物组住院时间(6.01±0.42)d短于外科手术治疗组的(8.79±1.24)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术联合药物组治疗总有效率100.00%高于外科手术治疗组的82.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术联合药物组术后1年复发率为1.59%(1/63),低于外科手术治疗组的15.87%(10/63),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术联合胆石片治疗胆结石的临床效果确切,可有效提高治疗效果,降低复发率,加速患者出院,是一种值得推广的治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Danshi tablets in the treatment of gallstones. Methods A total of 126 patients with gallstones were randomly divided into surgery group and combination group, with 63 cases in each group. Patients in the surgery group underwent laparoscopic surgery, and the combination group received laparoscopic surgery combined with Danshi tablets. The surgical blood loss, operation time, hospitalization time, therapeutic effect, and recurrence rate 1 year after operation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in surgical blood loss and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05). The hospitalization time(6.01±0.42) d in the combination group was shorter than(8.79±1.24) d of the surgery group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 100.00% in the combination group was higher than 82.54% in the surgery group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The 1-year recurrence rate in the combination group was 1.59%(1/63), which was lower than 15.87%(10/63) in the surgery group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery in combination with Danshi tablets has definite clinical effect on the treatment of gallstones, which can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the recurrence rate,accelerate the discharge of patients. It is a treatment mode worthy of promotion.
