摘要
分析了新建医院CT机房建设的特点和存在的问题,梳理了CT机房的建设流程,并从组织管理架构、关键工作分解、工作界面划分、重要时间节点管控、设计管理要点等方面探讨了新建医院CT机房建设的管理思路。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of CT room construction in newly-built hospital,combs the construction process of CT computer room,and discusses the management ideas of computer room construction in newly-built hospital from the aspects of organization management structure,key work decomposition,work interface division,important construction time node control,design management points,etc.
