摘要
为了克服传统管理学教学的短板,本文以PBL项目化教学法及线上线下混合教学法为基础,设计了"慕课+课堂模拟+实训项目"三位一体的PBL项目化混合教学法。选择了流程再造理论这一课程为教学内容,以校内项目"失物招领流程再造"为实训内容,课程分为项目准备、项目实施、项目验收三个阶段。该教学法获得了学生的认可,促进了师生互动与学生之间的合作精神,使学生的思维及实践能力得到锻炼、学习获得感得到增进。
In order to overcome the weaknesses of traditional teaching for the course of management, a three-in-one project-based mixed teaching model including MOOC,case simulation and training project was developed based on Project-Based Teaching and online and offline mixed teaching. This study took the contents of Business Process Reengineering Theory and in-campus project Optimization of Lost Property System as research aim and practical object. A three-stage structure including project preparation, project implementation and project acceptance was developed. By the end, the teaching method was recognized by students, promoted the interaction between teachers and students and the spirit of cooperation between students, so that students’ thinking and practical ability could be exercised, the sense of learning could be enhanced.
