摘要
目的 观察胞二磷胆碱联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对血液流变学的影响。方法 选择2019年4月至2021年5月我院收治的78例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各39例。对照组采用丁苯酞注射液治疗,观察组采用胞二磷胆碱联合丁苯酞注射液治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、血液流变学指标及治疗后不良反应情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的71.79%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、血浆纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后不良反应发生率为12.82%,与对照组的7.69%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 胞二磷胆碱联合丁苯酞注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的血液流变学指标,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective To observe the effect of citicoline combined with butylphthalide injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and the impact on hemorheology.Methods 78 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide injection,and the observation group was treated with citicoline combined with butylphthalide injection.The clinical efficacy,hemorheological indicators and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.31%,higher than 71.79% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and plasma fibrinogen of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in the observation group was 12.82%,which had no statistical difference with 7.69% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions Citicoline combined with butylphthalide injection has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can improve patients'hemorheological indicators and will not increase the adverse reactions.
