摘要
探讨现阶段智能纺纱的发展形势以及我国传统棉纺企业智能化的改造思路。阐述了智能纺纱发展的行业背景,分析了棉纺行业纺纱装备、工艺和供需管理的智能化现状及发展趋势。通过3个案例为棉纺企业的智能化改造提供了具体建议。认为:传统棉纺企业都应在实现连续化、自动化、信息化的基础上逐步进行智能化升级改造。
Development trend of current intelligent spinning and intelligent modification of our traditional cotton spinning enterprises were discussed. The industry background of intelligent spinning development was explained.The intelligent status and development trend of cotton spinning industrial equipment,process and supplydemand management were analyzed. Through three cases,specific advices had been provided for the intelligent modification of the cotton spinning enterprise.It is considered that the intelligent modification update of the traditional cotton spinning enterprises should be proceeded based on the achievement of continuity,automation and informatization of the enterprises.
