摘要
【目的】探讨喷施赤霉素(GA_(3))对"三青"莴笋高效安全生产的影响。【方法】以"高山青"莴笋为试材,采用叶面喷施的方法,研究了喷施GA_(3)(0、12.5、25、50、100 mg/L)对"三青"莴笋生长、光合电子传递和氰化物的影响。【结果】喷施不同浓度的GA_(3)均增加了莴笋株高和茎粗,T4处理"三青"莴笋株高最大,但与T3处理无显著差异。除11月25日,喷施GA_(3)后"三青"莴笋茎粗均以T3为最大,但与T4处理无显著差异。光合指标、氰化物含量选取T3处理(50 mg/L GA_(3))和CK进行测定,喷施GA_(3)增加了"三青"莴笋光合电子传递性能和氰化物含量。通过转录组分析,发现许多与光合作用和氰化物相关的基因显著上调。【结论】喷施GA_(3)增强了莴笋叶片自身光保护能力,提高了光合作用,增加了氰化物含量,但氰化物含量低于食品安全规定。
【Objective】This paper aimed to investigate the effect of spraying GA_(3) on the efficient and safe production of ‘Sanqing’ asparagus lettuce.【Method】The ‘Sanqing’ asparagus lettuce variety ‘Gaoshanqing’was used as the experiment material and the method of foliar spraying was used.The effect of spraying GA_(3)(0,12.5,25,50 and 100 mg/L) on the Growth, photosynthetic electron transport and cyanide content of ‘Sanqing’ asparagus lettuce were studied.【Result】Spraying different concentrations of GA_(3) increased the plant height and stem diameter of asparagus lettuce.The plant height of asparagus lettuce in T4 treatment was the largest, but there was no significant difference from T3 treatment.Except for November 25,the stem diameter of asparagus lettuce after spraying GA_(3)was the largest with T3,but there was no significant difference from T4 treatment.T3 treatment(50 mg/L GA_(3)) and CK were selected for the determination of photosynthetic index and cyanide content, and spraying GA_(3)increases the photosynthetic electron transport performance and cyanide content of ‘Sanqing’ asparagus lettuce.The RNA-seq data revealed that many genes related to photosynthetic and cyanide showed significant up-regulated.【Conclusion】Spraying GA_(3)enhanced the photoprotective ability of ‘Sanqing’ asparagus lettuce leaves, improved its photosynthesis, and promoted its cyanide content.The cyanide content was far lower than the food safety regulations.
