摘要
电塔作为架空输电线路的主要载具,其建设成本约占线路总成本的40%。但是,大部分输电塔都由角钢构成,用材单一,且用钢量较大。为了使输电塔结构既能节约钢材,又占地面积较小,该文选取《输电线路塔型手册》中的110JGU2塔为原型,将其改造成镀锌钢绞线柔性腹杆结构体系。根据研究目的、规范要求和输电塔主要事故原因分析,选取了0°风向角风荷载、45°风向角风荷载、90°风向角风荷载、覆冰荷载、断线荷载、安装荷载六种荷载组合工况,并计算荷载值以点荷载形式施加于所建的有限元模型,使用Midas Gen有限元分析软件对改造前后的两输电塔进行数值模拟。根据有限元软件的计算结构,探究改造后输电塔结构中的钢绞线的预应力对结构性能的影响,确定改造后输电塔钢绞线的预应力施加值。最后,对改造前后两输电塔进行静力分析、模态分析,根据分析结果,得出了两种结构的优劣性。
As the dominating carrier for overhead power transmission lines, the power transmission tower has a construction cost accounting for about 40% of the total cost of the power transmission lines. However, most power transmission towers are made of angle steel, with a single material and a large amount of steel. In order to save steel material and reduce the occupying area of the transmission tower structure, this paper selected the 110 JGU2 tower in the Transmission Line Tower Model Manual as the prototype, and transformed it into a flexible web structure system of stranded galvanized steel wire. According to the research purpose, specification requirements and the analysis of the main causes of the transmission tower accident, six load combinations were selected, i.e. wind load at the wind direction angle of 0°, 45°, and 90°,icing load, disconnection load, and installation load, the calculated load value was applied to the built finite element model in the form of point load, and the Midas Gen finite element analysis software was employed to numerically simulate the two power transmission towers before and after the transformation. According to the calculation structure of the finite element software, the influence of the prestress of the steel strands in the transmission tower structure on the structural performance after the transformation was explored, yielding the prestress applied value of the steel strands of the power transmission tower after the transformation. Lastly, the static analysis and modal analysis were conducted on the two power transmission towers before and after the transformation, obtaining the advantages and disadvantages of the two structures according to the analysis results.
