摘要
为实现井下变频器运行监测,设计一种监控系统,该系统主要结构组成包括有电流、温度、电压监测电路、CAN总线以及监控上位机等构成,并对监控系统硬件以及软件结构进行阐述。在山西某矿井下现场应用后,该监控系统可实现对变频器运行电流、温度以及电压等监测,具有系统结构简单、监测精度高等优点,可满足井下变频器监测需要。
In order to realize the monitoring of underground inverter operation,a monitoring system is designed.The main structure of the system consists of current,temperature and voltage monitoring circuits,CAN bus and monitoring host computer.The hardware as well as software structure of the monitoring system is described.Alter being applied in an underground mine in Shanxi,the monitoring system can realize the monitoring of inverter operation ciirrent,temperature and voltage,which has the advantages of simple system structure and high monitoring accuracy and can meet the needs of underground inverter monitoring.
