摘要
为研究官庄花猪在不同生理期(妊娠期和哺乳期)血液生化指标的变化规律,试验测定了官庄花猪不同生理期的血液生化指标(ALT、AST、ALP、TP、ALB、GLU、TC、TG和UREA)。结果表明,官庄花猪不同生理期的血液生化指标,除UREA变化较小外(P>0.05),其余指标均存在较大差异(P<0.05),表明官庄花猪母猪在妊娠期和哺乳期的血液生化指标存在较大的变化。
To study the change rule of biochemical indexes of Guanzhuang black-white pig in different menstrual periods(pregnancy and lactation),the blood biochemical indexes(ALT,AST,ALP,TP,ALB,GLU,TC,TG and UREA)of Guanzhuang black-white pig in different menstrual periods was determined.The results showed that,among the blood biochemical indexes of Guanzhuang black-white pig in different menstrual periods,except for the change of UREA was small(P>0.05),the other indexes were significantly different(P<0.05),indicating that the blood biochemical indexes of Guanzhuang black-white pig in pregnancy and lactation period had significant changes.
