海上稠油油田采出液脱水处理技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用海上某稠油油田原油和模拟采出水配制稠油乳状液,即模拟稠油采出液,室内开展了模拟稠油采出液的静电聚结脱水处理。结果表明:稠油乳状液初始含水率对静电聚结脱水率有一定的影响,在相同的实验条件下,初始含水率越高,静电聚结脱水率相对越低;当稠油乳状液初始含水率为40%时,静电聚结脱水处理的最佳工艺条件为:处理温度120℃、处理时间50 min、处理电压3000 V、加入500 mg·L^(-1)的破乳剂SP102,在此工艺条件下,稠油乳状液的脱水率可以达到99%以上,达到了良好的脱水处理效果。静电聚结脱水处理技术能够有效提高海上稠油油田采出液的脱水处理效率。 We prepared heavy oil emulsion,namely,simulated heary oil produced liquid,by using heavy oil and simulated produced water from an offshore heavy oilfield.Moreover,we carried out the electrostatic coalescence dehydration treatment of simulated produced liquid in laboratory.The results show that the initial water content of heavy oil emulsion has a certain effect on electrostatic coalescence dehydration rate.Under the same experimental conditions,the higher the initial water content is,the lower the electrostatic coalescence dehydration rate will be.When the initial water content of heavy oil emulsion is 40%,the optimal conditions for electrostatic coalescence dehydration treatment process can be determined as follows:the treatment temperature of 120℃,the treatment time of 50 min,the treatment voltage of 3000 V,and demulsifier SP102 dosage of 500 mg·L^(-1).Under above conditions,the dehydration rate of heavy oil emulsion can reach more than 99%,indicating that the dehydration effect is good.The electrostatic coalescence dehydration treatment technology can effectively improve the dehydration efficiency of produced liquid in offshore heavy oilfields.
