摘要
当前世界政治经济形势较为复杂,局部地区逆全球化现象时有发生。我国经济社会发展面临外部经济政策不确定性呈上升态势,有些高技术产业仍处于"卡脖子"境况。在此背景下,文章通过分析发现我国高技术产业链已较为完整,但各细分行业仍存在对外依存度高、各行业技术水平发展不均衡、地区发展差异较大且合作较少等问题。同时发现影响我国高技术产业链多个环节发展的因素有研发投入、政府政策、国际贸易环境等。由此,结合国家提出的"以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进"的新发展格局提出加大研发投入、精准施策、强化区域融合、对接国内大市场需求等对策建议。
At present,the world political and economic situation is becoming more complex,and the phenomenon of anti-globalization in some regions occurs from time to time.China’s economic and social development is confronted with an increasing trend of external economic policy uncertainty,and some high-tech industries are still in the trouble of“being hit in the throat”.In this context,this paper finds that China’s high-tech industrial chain has been relatively complete through analysis,but there are still some problems in each subdivided industry,such as high degree of external dependence,unbalanced development of technical level of each industry,large development differences and less cooperation between regions.At the same time,it is found that the factors affecting the development of multiple links of China’s high-tech industrial chain are R&D investment,government policies,international trade environment and so on.Therefore,combined with the new development pattern of“taking the domestic big cycle as the main body and promoting each other in the domestic and international double cycles”put forward by the state,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestion such as increasing R&D investment,precise policy implementation,strengthening regional integration and connecting with the needs of the domestic big market.
