摘要
BIM技术作为当前建筑领域内的一项热门信息技术,将其应用在装配式建筑施工管理中,能够让管理工作更加高效、精准,提升装配施工水平。基于此,论文从装配式建筑施工管理中常用的BIM软件分析展开论述,介绍了施工管理用BIM软件的应用优势,详细分析了基于BIM技术的装配式建筑场地布置管理、碰撞风险管理、进度管理、成本管理、工艺管理,深入探讨了装配式建筑施工中BIM技术的应用,希望能够为装配式建筑领域的信息化发展提供助力。
BIM technology,as a popular information technology in the field of architecture at present,can make the management work more efficient and accurate,and improve the assembly construction level when it is applied to the assembly building construction management.Based on this,this paper discusses the analysis of BIM software commonly used in the construction management of prefabricated buildings,and introduces the application advantages of BIM software for construction management.Thereafter,the layout management,collision risk management,schedule management,cost management and process management of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology are analyzed in detail,and the application of BIM technology in prefabricated buildings construction is discussed in depth,hoping to provide help for the informatization development of prefabricated buildings.
