Application and Innovative Practice of BIM in Tourism Highway

摘要 针对目前旅游公路BIM应用中存在的需求分析不足、缺少适用方法和案例参考等问题,围绕旅游公路BIM应用方法与创新实践展开研究。首先,在总结我国旅游公路BIM应用现状的基础上,对旅游公路全生命周期的BIM应用需求进行系统分析;其次,结合需求分析结果,提出了旅游公路BIM应用“目标、内容、建模要求、集成管理平台功能”相互关联的策划与实施方法,并给出工程不同阶段BIM的应用内容和成果形式;最后,结合笔者前期研究与实践,介绍了典型要素BIM参数化建模、BIM+GIS的规划呈现、慢行系统BIM快速选线、路域景观BIM分析、BIM+VR的人本感知评价、BIM+交通仿真的停车布局优化、环境动态演化模拟、BIM数字资产管理等创新应用案例,为旅游公路BIM应用提供案例参考。 Aiming at the problems of insufficient demand analysis,lack of applicable methods and case references in the current BIM application of tourist highways,this paper focused on the application method and innovative practice of BIM for tourist highways.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing the application status of BIM in tourist highway in China,the BIM application requirements of the whole life cycle of tour-ism highway was systematically analyzed.Secondly,combined with the results of demand analysis,a meth-od for planning and implementation of BIM application on tourist highways was proposed,clarifying the relationship between BIM application objectives,content,model requirements and platform functions.Fi-nally,combined with the author′s previous research and practice,some BIM innovative application cases were introduced to provide case references for tourist highways,including BIM parameterized model-ing,planning presentation based on BIM and GIS,non-motorized traffic system BIM fast route selec-tion,BIM road landscape analysis,human perception evaluation using BIM and VR,parking layout optimization based on BIM and traffic simulation,environment dynamic evolution simulation,BIM digital asset management,etc.
