摘要
旨在通过循证医学系统评价的研究方法比较翻转课堂与传统教学形式在此类课程中的教学效果,为中医类课程的教学模式改革提供研究证据。共纳入了25项随机对照试验,校正后有效样本量为1947名学生。Meta分析结果显示翻转课堂能够提高学生中医类课程的学习成绩,尤其是临床实习类课程的成绩提升平均在6分以上。学生对翻转课堂这种形式的教学满意人数也是传统授课模式的1.35倍。建议未来的中医类课程教学、尤其是临床实践类课程教学中可以考虑推广应用翻转课堂的教学模式。
The study is aimed to compare the teaching effectiveness of flipped classroom to traditional teaching model in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)courses by the evidence-based medicine approach.Totally 25 randomized controlled trials were included in this study,and the effective sample size after correction was 1947 students.Meta-analysis results show that flipped classroom teaching can improve students’examination scores of TCM courses,especially in clinical practice courses.The number of students satisfied with flipped classroom teaching is 1.35 times of the traditional teaching model.It is suggested that the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in teaching of TCM courses,especially in clinical practice courses,should be considered in the future.
