摘要
在数控落地镗铣床上,利用专用附件头加工船用中速柴油机机体主轴承孔、喷油凸轮轴孔和进排气凸轮轴孔(简称三路孔)的数控加工方法,针对该机床在非正常精度下,保证三路孔的加工要求所采取的措施,有效缩小了旋转工作台重复定位不准及附件头升温伸长引起的加工误差,提高了效率和质量,保证了机体三路孔的加工精度要求。
Computer Numerical Control(CNC)machining process of main bearing hole,oil camshaft bore and inlet and exhaust camshaft bore(they are called three-way hole for short)for marine medium-speed diesel body machined by special accessory head on CNC horizontal boring and milling machine has been described.Regarding to unnormal precision of the machine,measures of assuring three-way hole machining requirements have been carried out to effectively reduce repeated positioning inaccuracy of rotary bench and machining error caused by accessory head heating elongation,finally machining efficiency and quality have been improved to guarantee machining precision requirements of block three-way hole.
