摘要
目的构建成人教育理论指导下的医院护理人员循证护理培训方案,为医院开展循证护理培训提供依据。方法采用目的抽样法,于2019年1月—2020年12月通过查阅文献、理论研究及现况调查初步拟定成人教育理论指导下的医院护理人员循证护理培训方案专家咨询问卷,采用德尔菲法对12名循证护理领域专家就方案的培训目标、培训内容及培训方式进行2轮咨询。结果12名专家经过2轮咨询后意见趋于一致。2轮专家咨询问卷回收率分别为100.0%、91.7%,专家权威系数为0.93。构建的培训方案包含4个维度、13项培训目标、13项培训内容,培训方式分为课堂培训、阅读与自学、项目实践、课堂练习及课堂分享或辅导他人5种。结论本研究构建的循证护理培训方案的可靠性和科学性较好,可作为医院护理人员循证护理培训的方案。
Objective To construct an evidence-based nursing training program for hospital nurses under the guidance of adult education theory,so as to provide a basis for hospitals to carry out evidence-based nursing training.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,the expert consultation questionnaire of evidence-based nursing training program for hospital nursing staff under the guidance of adult education theory was preliminarily prepared by the purposive sampling method through literature review,theoretical research and current situation survey.The Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of consultation with 12 experts in the field of evidence-based nursing on the training objectives,training content and training methods of the program.Results After 2 rounds of consultation,the opinions of 12 experts were consistent.The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire were 100.0%and 91.7%,respectively,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.93.The training program consisted of 4 dimensions,13 training objectives and 13 training contents.The training methods included classroom training,reading and self-study,project practice,classroom practice and classroom sharing or tutoring.Conclusions The evidence-based nursing training program constructed in this study is reliable and scientific,which can be used as an evidence-based nursing training program for hospital nursing staff.
