摘要
为响应国家“智能制造”战略,本文站在工程公司的角度,分析了传统化工装置/工厂设计和交付的局限性,工程公司应该如何用信息化、数字化和集成化等技术与手段来构建集成设计平台,在统一的平台上进行全专业三维协同设计,实现三维工厂模型、工程文档和属性数据的关联集成,从而提高工程质量,加快项目进度,最终实现工厂数字化交付的目标。
In response to the national"intelligent manufacturing"strategy,from the perspective of engineering companies,this paper analyzes the limitations of traditional chemical plant design and delivery,and how engineering companies should use information,digitization and integration technologies and means to build an integrated design platform,carry out full professional 3D collaborative design on a unified platform,and realize 3D plant model,the association and integration of engineering documents and attribute data can improve the project quality,speed up the project progress,and finally achieve the goal of digital delivery of the factory.
