摘要
文章基于企业生命周期理论,深入探讨了新创企业创建期及成长期决策逻辑与企业绩效之间的关系,并构建了理论模型。对251家新创企业数据进行实证检验,研究结果表明,因果逻辑与效果逻辑均有助于提升新创企业绩效,但是决策逻辑的有效性会随着新创企业所处生命周期的变化而改变。在创建期,效果逻辑各维度对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,而因果逻辑对企业绩效的影响并不显著;在成长期,因果逻辑对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,效果逻辑的试验原则与可承受损失原则对企业绩效的影响并不显著,先前承诺原则与柔性原则对企业绩效仍具有显著正向影响。
Based on the theory of enterprise life cycle, the relationship between the decision-making logics of the creation period and growth period of the new ventures and their performance were discussed in depth, and the theoretical model was constructed. The data of 251 new ventures were used for empirical test, and the results showed that, causation and effectuation all contribute to improving new ventures’ performance, but the effectiveness of decision-making logics changes as the life cycle of the new venture changes. In the creation period, the dimensions of effectuation have a significant positive effect on new ventures’ performance, while the effect of causation on new ventures’ performance is not significant. In the growth period, causation has a significant positive effect on new ventures’ performance, and the experimentation and affordable loss of effectuation have no significant effect on new ventures’ performance, while the precommitment and flexibility still have a significant positive effect on new ventures’ performance.
