摘要
研究电池组的温度场对于电池系统设计和热管理设计具有十分重要的意义。实验研究了18650磷酸铁锂电池单体的基本性能,测量了不同温度和放电倍率下电池表面温升情况。根据实验结果及已有的生热模型和传热模型,利用Fluent仿真软件研究电池单体在不同温度和放电倍率下的温度场。构建了电池组热分析模型,模拟分析了电池组存在单体差异(内阻差异)时串联或并联情况下的温度场变化,结果表明:内阻不一致会使电池组温度升高,不利于电池组的安全、性能及寿命。
It is very important to study the temperature field of Li-ion battery pack for battery system design and thermal management design.The basic performance of 18650 LiFePO_(4) battery was studied.The surface temperature rise of the battery was measured at different temperatures and discharge rates.According to the experimental results and the existing heat generation model and heat transfer model,the temperature field of the battery at different temperatures and discharge rates was studied by using Fluent simulation software.The thermal analysis model of the battery pack was constructed,and the temperature field changes in series or parallel connection were simulated when the battery pack had monomer difference(internal resistance difference).The results show that the inconsistent internal resistance will increase the temperature of the battery pack,which is not conducive to the safety,performance and life of the battery pack.
